Yesterday Senator Obama suggested that Governor Palin and Senator McCain are just "talking" about change when they talk about killing earmarks, even though Governors don't have anything to do with Federal earmarks and Senator McCain has never, ever requested an earmark. Governor Palin just had a simple response, "does he really want to go there", with his over $750 million in earmarks since he's been in the Senate. He's only been there 3 1/2 years, 2 of which he was campaigning for president. So how much time did he really devote to "legislating"? 1 1/2 years? That's a lot of pork in such a short time. How long has Senator McCain been in the senate/house? 26 years? $0 of pork requested. That's a lot of time for no pork.
Today CNN has come out with yet another smear of Sarah. This time it's about her religion and the fact that she may be "too religious". Seriously? Do they really want to go there with the whole religion thing? Need we remind them of the Jeremiah Wright issue? It may be time to bring it back up and get that hate filled story out there again.
