I agree that Barry had to attack McCain, but in that attack he should have outlined a clear difference between them. The few policy positions that he did mention were all stolen out of the McCain playbook, i.e. energy independence, low taxes (when has a Dem ever lowered taxes aside from Kennedy and he's be a Republican by today's standard), nuclear power (mac's called for that for years and the Dims have always blocked it.). That last one, nuclear power, is just a pure platitude from Obama, because he'll never get that one done. All he'll ever do obstruct it by talking about safely disposing of the waste. If he truly wants us to be like France & Europe he should just look at how the dispose of their waste. BTW they get 80% of their power from nukes. This last point is moot any way. Why? Because if he's in charge he won't have to answer that question or follow through with any of the other centrist promises he made the other night because none of those pieces of legislation will ever cross his desk due to the Democrat controlled Congress. They've done a lot haven't they.
At least the two Republicans running have an actual record of running something successfully and reforming something. Oh and by the way neither one of them has ever taken a single dollar (look it up) from lobbyist. Can Barry say the same? Now that's change we can believe in.
