Did anyone notice the McCain ads running during the night? Nice. While 2/3 of Obama's speech is all about taking shots at McCain, there's an ad running congratulating him on a job well done in the primaries. That's what people are going to remember and that's not the "change" people thought he represented. If this was a boxing match, it would be the 7th round and Barry's got his arms at his side and he's on his heals waiting for his opponent to pick himself apart. He didn't do himself any favors last night. All he did was highlight the fact that he's just a typical politician willing to get dirty at the drop of a hat. Now that's change you can believe in.
Also, the "I have that debate with McCain anytime" line? McCain invited him to 10 townhall meetings and Obama said he didn't have time (he ducked him) but he did have time to go to Hawaii on vacation for 10 days. Curious.
